RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns:
If by any reason, you are not satisfied with and order, the product can be returned within 14 days, for exchange or refund. In case of returning the product, all costs of transportation should be paided by the costumer.
The physical Elements 75’80 stores do not accept exchanges of pieces that wer bought on-line.
If it is an exchange, Elements 75’80 will not charge additional costs by expedition the new product.
The costumer should accedd his order in his personal area on our website.
Elements 75’80, within 14 days, couting oh the delivery date and follow the instruction to place the exchange order.
Repayment:
The refunds will be processed as soon as the returned product have been checked and accepted. In case of orders that were payed by credit card, the refund amount will be available in costumer’s bank account within 10 days, or the following account statement.
The processing time may change depending on the card supplier company. The value of orders paid through paypall will be refunded to the original account.

All pieces sold through our physical stores and online store, have puncture mark (metal contrast) made by INCM – Coin House.
