1)HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Orders have a delivery period of 3 to 5 working days, in mainland territory. For the autonomous regions of Madeira and Azores, the expected period is 4 to 6 working days.
The delivery period takes effect from the moment we receive confirmation of payment, regardless of the payment method chosen.
You will always receive an email confirming your payment and the start of the shipping process.
2)CAN I REQUEST AN EXPRESS SHIPMENT?
Elements 75’80 provides 24-hour delivery, as long as payment confirmation is receive by 12:00 on the day prior do delivery.
There are no additional costs for the 24h service.
3)CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 working days, to the following address: Altimo Lda Rua das Flores….
The piece cannot denot any sign of use and must be returned with its case, original certificate, invoice and the guarantee seal (when applied) must be inviolate. Once the assumptions are fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded by bank transfer to the IBAN you indicate.

7)CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASE AT A PHYSICAL ADDRESS?
At the time of purchase, you can select the option to withdraw from one of the stores mentioned above, subject, however, to the opening hours of each one.
You must be accompained by a paper or a digital copy of the purchase invoice issued.
8)WILL I BE ABLE TO PLACE ORDERS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR PAYMENTS AT A PHYSICAL ADDRESSES?
No. Physical addresses do not accept orders, returns, exchanges or payments for pieces sold through the website.
9)IF A RING NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED, HOW WILL THE PROCEDURE BE? DOES IT HAVE ADDITIONAL COSTS?
If you need to adjust the ring, you will always have to send the ring to one of our addresses (see here). Let us know by email (…) that you will proceed with the shipment and what measure you want. You can also leave the ring in person (at one of our addresses) if you prefer not to send it by carrier. The first adjustment service (when the ring shows no signs of use) is free.
If there are others adjustements later, they will be subject to prior budgeting.
10)CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE FOR THE JEWELRY?
If you want to receive a piece on a specific date, you can do so by placing this information in the remarks field when placing your order. You can order your jewelry as early as you want, with the certainty that you will receive it on the date of your best convenience.
