The data registered by Altimo Lda constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between Altimo Lda and the client. It is Altimo Lda’s responbility to file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and keep it accessible.
Product Availibility
Altimo Lda only processes the order placed by a costumer after confirmation of the payment, so Altimo Lda cannot guarantee the availibilty of the items until the begginning of said processing. To the estimated shipping time, there is also the shipping trasnportation time, which dependes on the carrier and the destination of your order. Altimo Lda only ships on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are accounted for the estimate delivery of orders. The average delivery time for products sold by Altimo Lda is 3 working days for deliveries in Mainland Portugal and 4 to 6 working days for deliveries in the autonomous Regions of Madeira and Azores. Delivery times ar indicative and, therefore, to be considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect adresses or force majeure setbacks). Altimo Lda sub-contracts a transport company to carry out the delivery services and if there is a delay in delivery deadline, Altimo Lda declines any responsibility for it. If it is verified that any item ordered is not in stock, Altimo Lda may cancel the order by reimbursing the costumer for all amounts paid. Any delay in the shippment of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not offer the right to compensation.
Deliveries are in person and require physical presence upon receipt. The costumer must be responsible that he meets the conditions for his order to be delivered. Each shipment is accompanied by the following documents:

- Detailed Invoice
The costumer has the right, upon receipt of his order, to open the packaging to verify that the product is in accordance with what was ordered and that it has no external damages.
Altimo Lda will be obligated to refuse any request for refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products that present external defects that have been accepepted by our costumers at the time of delivery. The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of technical problems that are detected by costumer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law. Shipping costs
Elements 75’80 does not charge shipping costs for orders to be carried out within the national continental territory and Azores and Madeira. The express service, with delivery within 24hours, can be selected by the costumer and is also free of shipping costs. To guarantee this delivery time, the order and respective payment confirmation must be made and confirmed by 12:00 on the day before delivery. Cancellations and Returns
The costumer may cancel his order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the costumer, he may exercise his right of free withdrawal under the legally established terms and indicated below.
Pursuant to the provisions of law 7/2004 of January 7th, regarding electronic commerce, Altimo Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error or malfunction of Altimo Lda’s computers. The costumer is responsible for the correct packaging of the products to be returned, as well as the costs inherent to their shipment. All items will be checked uopn arrival at our service and only those who fully respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
